Ashcombe were disappointed to leave The Netherlands without a win on Sunday but should feel confident after some very strong performances and huge improvements throughout the tournament.

Isi Liebchen, Sian Warren and Sophie Szyszko all made their debuts for the first team in the tournament and made an excellent transition from girls' volleyball to women's volleyball.
The team will continue with a competitive programme throughout the summer, this Saturday travelling to Bournemouth to play Jersey, Polonia, Portsmouth and Wessex in the Weymouth Invitational Tournament. |
