Worthing Sand Courts open on 26th March 2011

The new Worthing Sand Courts have taken just 2 weeks to build and now have been filled with sand ready for the grand opening in Saturday 26th March. The courts will be formally opened by Worthing Borough Council along with the nearby Splash Point development as past of the regeneration of this part of Worthing seafront. Ashcombe will be hiring the courts every Monday 5.00.p.m. to 8.00.p.m. starting on 2nd May with beginner and junior sessions from 5 to 6.00.p.m. costing £1.00 and open sessions from 6 - 8.00.p.m. for all club members, cost £1.00 per session. This session will also be open to non Ashcombe members at £2.00 per player. Tournaments and club days are also going to be organized, more details to follow.
